AbstractOps is excited to partner with Deel to provide entity and payroll tax registrations. AbstractOps will create payroll tax accounts for your business with the Department of Labor, Department of Revenue, and Secretary of State so that you can run payroll compliantly with Deel.
Getting set up with AbstractOps is easy - you will be able to complete all of the information needed for each state in less than 5 minutes.

Once you have an account
What you need to do
- Log into your account here
- Fill out the required company info (at a minimum, fill out the fields highlighted in red)
- Navigate to the State Page and request a new payroll tax registration account
- Select the state and fill out the information in each step before submitting
- Repeat this for each state where you need to pay employees
What AbstractOps handles
After you submit information for each state, AbstractOps will begin processing the registrations on your behalf. The turnaround time for each registration varies depending on the state and department, with most taking less than 2 weeks.
We will notify you when a registration is complete. You can find the account numbers and tax rates needed to run payroll on the registration tab for each state (seen below).
What Deel handles
Once AbstractOps provides your account and rate details, you can input this into Deel or work with your CSM to complete this so that you can run payroll.
